This cozy garlic butter ramen is proof that a quick, comforting meal doesn’t have to be expensive or complicated.

It’s my go-to when I need something easy and satisfying. I hope it becomes yours as well!

Ingredients

  • 2 packs instant ramen (discard seasoning packets)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika (for depth)
  • Crispy fried garlic chips (for topping)

Steps

Cook the noodles: Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Infuse the butter: In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté the minced garlic with smoked paprika for 1 minute until fragrant.

Simmer the broth: Add broth, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes to the pan. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Combine everything: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss in the broth mixture until coated.

Serve: Divide the ramen into bowls, top with soft-boiled eggs, green onions, crispy garlic chips, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!

  • Use frozen or leftover veggies to add bulk without extra cost.
